All personal data stored in Eater.Menu process based on the legal regulations of the Republic of India. The use of the website thereby is possible without stating or revealing personal data.
1. The employment of ‘cookies’, caching and web storage
Cookies are the small text files which transmitted by the web server of Eater.Menu and are stored on recipient computer. In addition, caches are use to facilitate the improvement of operations.

It also facilitate the user’s activities and send these generated information in Eater.Menu to be stored.

Eater.Menu can also include Google as one of its plug-ins other than Facebook and can be employed by the users for them to be able to recommend several websites with the range of the services of Google to other users of it. It will also provide visual appearance view and its function of the plug-ins on Eater.Menu. Thus, data will be transmitted from the browser of the user to the Google and it will be saved, stored and processed later on.
When the user is registered with Google and it is online on it, then the data can be allocated to the Google user account anytime as the user wish to do so. When the user also access the plug in, this activity will be stored in Google account of the user. The user has an option to not allow this allocation by leaving in Google before they access the Eater.Menu. 8. Social plug-ins of Twitter
Eater.Menu can also add the twitter as a plug-in. When the user or contractual party is registered in Twitter then he or she can employs ‘Re-tweet’ and Twitter can directly connect directly to the website of Eater.Menu. It will be notified the user especially the ‘Follow me’ remark. A transmission of information and explotation happening in twitter has nothing to do with the influence of Eater.Menu. On the other hand, user can also contradict it by changing it on his or her settings.
9. Land maps from Google Maps map services
Eater.Menu includes maps, satellites and other function of ‘Google Maps’ under the plug-ins. It can be used by the user or contractual party to plan routes. When the user is accessing the Eater.Menu including this plug-ins, the data will be uploaded from web server into ‘Google’. The user will be also provided visual appearance view as well as the function of the map in Eater.Menu. 10. Linked third-party websites
When Eater.Menu offer connections with the said websites by providing hyperlinks the Data Protection Declaration will be then not application.
11. The exploitation of published contact data
Eater.Menu doesn’t encourage the users to engage with the exploitation of published data for commercial purposes. Specifically, saving and storing data processing system for trading or for any advertising purposes.
12. Changes in this present Data Protection Declaration
Eater.Menu holds the right to adjust Data Protection Declaration if this changes will benefit the users. Any changes will be notified to users or contractual party three weeks before the publication and validity. The users can contradict it by addressing his or her personal concern via email. However, it may result to termination of the account.
13. Entitlement to information
Users or contractual parties has the rights to saved and stored personal data as stated under the GDPR. It includes the right to correct their information, deactivation or simply erasing their whole data. However, the right of erasing the data doesn’t under the statue law for the purpose of invoice or fiscal. All data that will be raised for agreement will be then erased when it comes to an end.
